Terms of use

You rent the right to receive SMS from one chosen service on a specific US number for 30 days. Each service on a number is sold to one client only; you may hold several services on the same number.

The service price is per 30 days. Renewing any rental for another 30 days costs $10.00 regardless of the service. Charges are taken from your account balance.

Within 60 minutes after purchase, as long as no SMS has arrived, you can cancel the rental and get a full refund to your balance. If the carrier stops the number before the paid term ends, unused days are refunded to your balance automatically. Balance top-ups are not withdrawable as money.

We deliver every SMS the carrier passes to the number. We do not control whether a service sends a code or accepts the number: some services block numbers by their own rules. In that case the refund rule above applies.

Using numbers for spam, fraud, sanctions evasion, impersonation without consent or anything that violates the law or service rules. Such accounts are blocked without refund.

We store your e-mail, password hash, transaction history and received SMS (you need them to log in to your accounts). SMS are visible only to you and to people you gave a public link. We do not share data with third parties except as required by law.

We may change prices and terms for new purchases. Rentals already paid for keep their original terms until the paid period ends.
